Bacon Pepper and Egg w/Honey Jalapeño Hot Sauce

Spicy take on a classic breakfast sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 green pepper

  • 1/4 jalapeno

  • 1 slice white onion

  • 1 poached egg

  • pinch of shredded cheese

  • 3 slices cooked bacon

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread

  • Cilantro

  • Land of Lincoln Honey Jalapeño Hot Sauce

Cook the bacon however you want, oven, fry, up to you. Set it aside and let it cool. Sauté peppers and onion with a dash of salt and pepper. Toast your bread, and poach your egg. With good timing this is all happening at once. Slice your bacon and add it to the sautéd veggies, throw in a solid pinch of cheese to make a delicious goo ball. Spread the gooey goodness on the toasted bread, top with the poached egg and garnish with cilantro and Land of Lincoln Honey Jalapeño Hot Sauce.
